Rohm launches 2-in-1 SiC moulded module

Rohm has developed the DOT-247 a 2-in-1 SiC moulded module (SCZ40xxDTx, SCZ40xxKTx), for industrial applications such as PV inverters, UPS systems, and semiconductor relays.
