KASPA Announces Landmark MOU to Strengthen Korea–U.S. Semiconductor Collaboration

San Ramon, Calif., June 3, 2024 – The Korean American Semiconductor Professional Alliance (KASPA), a US-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Korean American professionals, businesses, and engineering students in the semiconductor industry, today announced the signing of a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at strengthening cross-border collaboration between Korea and the United States.

We are excited to announce the signing of a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between four prominent organizations: the Korea Semiconductor Industry Association (KSIA), the Korea AI & System IC Innovation Center (K-ASIC), the Bay Area K-Group (BAKG), and the Korean American Semiconductor Professional Alliance (KASPA).

This MOU represents a major step forward in strengthening cross-border collaboration between Korea and the United States in the fast-evolving semiconductor industry. Together, these organizations are committed to fostering innovation, sharing expertise, and building a more resilient and forward-looking global semiconductor ecosystem.
