Innovation was on full display at IoT Tech Expo North America 2025, where industry leaders came together to advance the future of edge AI and IoT technology
K•ASIC (Korea AI & System IC Innovation Center) in partnership with the KSIA (Korea Semiconductor Industry Association), co-hosted the Korea Pavilion at the #AIBigData Expo on June 4–5, 2025, in Santa Clara, California. Through a strategic collaboration with KOTRA Silicon Valley, the pavilion provided a dynamic platform for Korean semiconductor companies to showcase and demonstrate new products, further strengthening Korea’s position in the global AI and semiconductor landscape.

AiM Future, Inc. demonstrated its advanced edge AI solutions designed to enhance performance, efficiency, and scalability across the automotive, industrial IoT, and healthcare sectors. Their NMP Series of high-performance edge accelerators supports a wide array of smart applications, complemented by NeuroMos AIc Studio, a comprehensive platform that simplifies AI model deployment and optimization on NMP hardware.
Dnotitia unveiled innovative AI solutions for edge computing and enterprise use, featuring Mnemos, an edge AI platform delivering large language model (LLM) capabilities directly to devices for secure, real-time AI without the cloud. Their Seahorse vector database enables fast, accurate search across complex AI data, while DNA, their generative AI assistant, offers deep cultural understanding and multilingual support.
Mobilint, Inc. showcased advanced edge AI chips focused on delivering powerful yet energy-efficient performance for on-device and on-premises applications. Their ARIES AI accelerator supports diverse workloads from language models to vision tasks, alongside REGULUS, a low-power AI SoC built for robotics, drones, and smart devices.
