Korea and India: A Growing Partnership in the Future of Semiconductors

Together, these strengths create a natural opportunity for collaboration.
As AI reshapes the semiconductor landscape, the industry will increasingly depend on partnerships between manufacturing excellence and advanced engineering innovation. Korea’s leadership in fabrication, memory, and packaging technologies complements India’s expanding influence in software integration, chip architecture, and AI-driven development.
Beyond technology, Korean and Indian engineering communities also share many common values, such as strong emphasis on STEM education, entrepreneurial thinking, technical discipline, and a global outlook on innovation. Across Silicon Valley and major technology hubs worldwide, Korean-American and Indian-American engineers continue contributing to some of the industry’s most important breakthroughs.
