Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated, dependable, and hands-on Cable Installer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation/decommissioning of network and cabling infrastructure in a Data Center environment.

  • Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye on improvement.

  • Provide structured feedback on project progress to Stakeholders.

  • Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain Data Center cleanliness.

  • Follow all production, safety and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices.

  • Collaborate with various Stakeholders to remove project obstacles.

  • Reading and comprehending blueprints and building documentation/redline work.

  • Broad understanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies.

  • Reports to Operations Manager and take daily directions from Technician, Technician II, Lead Technicians, Senior Technicians and Advance Senior Technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and use of basic telecom hand tools.

  • Must understand customer service.

  • Cleared understanding of job safety requirements.

  • Should be familiar on wiring schemes and wiring test.

  • Perform 4 pair continuity testing.

  • Pull all types of low-voltage cable, including copper telecom cable.

  • Performing all types of copper field terminations.

  • Install ladder racking and seismic bracing.

  • Patch network equipment.

  • Read and understand port maps/matrices.

  • Read and understand job floor plan and TC drawings

  • Should understand and be capable in performing field terminations and labeling.

  • Install copper and fiber cabling and labeling.

  • Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials and products throughout the facility.

  • Packaging and Shipping: Accurately package materials and products for shipment according to company standards, ensuring all items are labeled and documented correctly.

  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and proper storage of goods.

  • Logistics Support: Participate in general warehouse logistics including receiving deliveries, organizing warehouse space, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.

  • Communication: Coordinate with warehouse team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and problem resolution. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Position Summary:

The Site Manager will lead operational activities at SV Tech Source’s Southern California office. This role overseas daily operation and ensures efficient handling of solar panel and e-waste recycling operations, and client-facing project execution. The Site Manager will drive operational excellence, manages on-site teams, and builds strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with company procedures and service offering standards.

  • Coordinate logistics and execution of solar panel and e-waste recycling services, IT asset disposition (ITAD), and potential data center operations.

  • Monitor operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.

  • Supervise and train on-site staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

  • Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training programs aligned with operational demands.

  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for customers, maintaining clear communication and strong client relationships.

  • Participate in customer meetings and proactively support service escalations and issue resolution.

  • Enforce safety protocols, environmental regulations, and data security standards, particularly within recycling and secure disposal workflows.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support audits, compliance requirements, and client records.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of AA degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in site operations, logistics, or service delivery management.

  • Basic computer skills are a plus (for inventory systems or shipment tracking).

  • Previous experience in technology services, recycling/ITAD, solar panel knowledge is a plus.

  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
