April 2026 Edition

Welcome to our April Edition!

Q1 has been an exciting and productive start to the year for KASPA, marked by several new initiatives and continued industry engagement.

In partnership with SV Tech Source, we launched KASPA E-Waste Recycling Days in Silicon Valley, along with a broader e-waste campaign aimed at increasing awareness and driving responsible recycling of surplus IT equipment and semiconductor materials. These efforts are designed to support EHS and facility teams in managing waste more sustainably.

Building on this collaboration, we also introduced IT Asset Management (ITAM) services to help organizations take full control of their technology investments across the entire lifecycle. From deployment and redeployment to secure retirement and environmentally responsible disposal, this initiative provides end-to-end visibility, compliance, and cost optimization.

Proceeds from these services will directly support KASPA’s workforce development efforts, including training programs, networking events, and community engagement initiatives.

KASPA also maintained a strong presence at key industry conferences and exhibitions, including Intersolar & Energy Storage North America, DesignCon, and the IPC Expo, where we engaged with industry leaders and shared insights with our members and the broader community.

Seeking Semiconductor Talent and Strategic Collaborators

KASPA has partnered with an innovative semiconductor startup expanding operations across the U.S., India, and Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for:

  • Technical experts from Korean companies and universities to support R&D, design, and process engineering.

  • Strategic investors and partners to fund semiconductor infrastructure and R&D expansion.

These professionals and partners will help drive next-generation semiconductor innovation and strengthen global collaboration.

Become KASPA Member

Since launching in December 2024, KASPA has been building a strong and growing community that brings together students, semiconductor professionals, and innovators from across the high-tech ecosystem, connecting talent in design, manufacturing, and AI infrastructure worldwide.

Professionals and students from top companies and universities are joining KASPA to connect, learn, and grow.

What has become clear is that there is a real need for a space where students and professionals can not only network but also share insights, collaborate, and support the next generation.

KASPA is a growing global community open to anyone in the semiconductor ecosystem, from students to professionals looking to be part of something meaningful and forward-looking.

If you’re looking to stay connected, contribute, and grow with a global community of students and professionals, we would love to have you join us.
