📬 Welcome to Our July Edition!

It’s been a busy and exciting quarter at KASPA.
Since our April newsletter, we’ve made tremendous strides, including forming new partnerships, hiring a GM/VP in Korea, and establishing a satellite office to support our Korean partners and community.

We signed a landmark MOU with K-ASIC, KSIA, and BAKG to collaborate as an AI and semiconductor ecosystem partner, strengthening cross-border innovation between Korea and the United States in the rapidly evolving semiconductor industry.

We also partnered with 6G Academy and 6G World to launch specialized training programs for 6G semiconductor professionals. In addition, we joined hands with AIPressRoom and SemiVision to elevate awareness in the AI and semiconductor sectors, delivering smarter, more connected ecosystems and focused reporting that empowers professionals, researchers, and decision-makers to stay ahead of the AI revolution.

These are just a few of the exciting initiatives we’ve launched over the past three months with more to come as we grow our efforts in education and global collaboration.

🤝 MOU Signing

In June, KASPA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korea Semiconductor Industry Association (KSIA), Korea AI & System IC Innovation Center (K•ASIC), and Bay Area K-Group (BAKG) to strengthen Korea–U.S. collaboration in the semiconductor industry.

The agreement focuses on joint R&D, workforce development, and partnerships across industry, academia, and government. We're excited to move forward together and build a more connected global ecosystem.

He has led M&A initiatives, secured early-stage funding, and built high-performing teams to drive sustainable growth. His past roles include Director of Business Development at Retentics, CSO at Green Ribbon, and Director of Operations at DC Medical. David brings critical experience that aligns directly with KASPA’s next stage of growth, making him a key force in executing its long-term vision.
